As an Academic Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards achieving their educational and career aspirations. You will provide tailored advice on academic programs, ensuring students make informed decisions that align with their goals.
Job Title : Academic Counselor( 3 Openings )
Experience : 0.6 Months to 4 Years
Location : Coimbatore (Work from Office Only)
Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent
Salary : ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred
Preferred Locations : Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur, Salem, Namakkal, and Madurai Regions
Key Responsibilities:
🏮Counseling Students:
✅Engage with students to discuss their academic interests, career objectives, and suitable educational programs.
🏮Program Information:
✅Provide detailed information about course offerings, eligibility criteria, and benefits associated with various academic programs.
🏮Inquiry Management:
✅Handle inquiries from students via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
🏮Record Keeping:
✅Maintain comprehensive records of counseling sessions, including follow-up actions and outcomes to track student progress.
🏮Collaboration:
✅Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process for prospective students.
🏮Target Achievement:
✅Responsible for achieving student admission targets and contributing to overall enrollment goals.
🏮Networking:
✅Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, corporate organizations, and schools to enhance student outreach and recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in any specialization; MBA preferred.
✅ Experience: Minimum 0.6 months to 4 years of experience, preferably in inside sales or education counseling.
Skills:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
✅ Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
